Urban Farms
Vertical farms and greenhouses bring local produce into the community.

A coastal eco-community by the marina in Yiti, Muscat: villas, apartments and marina residences in one car-free master plan.
A new coastal city on the Gulf of Oman where everyday life runs on solar power, recycled water and walkable streets.
The Sustainable City Yiti is a joint project of Diamond Developers (SEE Holding) and OMRAN Group, Oman's tourism development company. It brings three neighbourhoods together by the Yiti marina: Sustainable District with 300+ villas, The Plaza with 1,000+ apartments from studios to three bedrooms, and The Arc with 132 residences on the marina waterfront.
The master plan includes a school and nursery, clinics and a wellness centre, a mosque, a sports complex, an equestrian club, two hotels, the marina and a beach. The city targets 100% renewable energy, 100% wastewater recycling and net-zero emissions by 2040.
